Šingcun (Kyawcenni: ဌီင်ခူန် šingcun [ʃiŋˈtsʏn], also spelled as Shingcun), formerly known as Riverland, officially the Šingcun Autonomous Region /ˈʃɪŋ.tsʊn ɔˈtɑ.nə.məs ˈɹi.dʒən/, often abbreviated as ŠAR ARŠ or ŠC is the northernmost and most populous region (or Kosmar) of Kyaw Cen. It consists of the southern part of the Šingcun savanna, Pereganesia, the Kôpang archipellago and their surrounding areas. Its biggest city, as well as its administrative and economic center, is Yija.
