Kilvana

Kilvana is the capital and only city of Evil Skamming Kountry. It bears a similar name and climate to Chillvana, the capital of Coldba (Cuba).

Architecture

Kilvanan architecture has little consistency beyond block choices. Apparently, this is by design. A sign in the ugly dirt hut declares that all buildings in Evil Skamming Kountry must appear to belong to different styles while using most of the same blocks.
