Lelistat is a siwod in Kiatut kiser, Aprux Mexyrhat. It's located east of Munaku, and is simillary planned to consist mostly of landclaimed land.
History
Lelistat was built as a working class district, to supply workers for the nearby Munaku harbour. With the decline of maritime workforce needs, it became a post-industrial low-to-middle class suburbia, being part of the Helium Metropolitan Area.
