Sillychair Rainworld is an enigmatic entity believed to have originated in Paz Kiiam. She is one of the 3 surviving Kiiamic mainland inhabitants, and ascended to the position of Interrim Vice President following the reëstablishment of Paz Kiiam.
History
Origin
It is unknown where Sillychair was born, but it is believed that she came to being somewhere in Paz Kiiam during late 2025 or early 2026.
FERRA Mobile Territory
Legally, Sillychair is a "mobile territory" of FERRA[2], meaning that any 3x3 region surrounding themself in either a FERRA member state (including FERRA territories) or in unclaimed regions becomes a part of the Sillychair Rainworld Mobile Territory.
Composition
Sillychair is believed to be primarily composed of non-organic materials, most predominately silicates. As she is currently still alive, an autopsy to accurately determine how she was manufactured is not currently possible.
