The Island of (English: /ajlənd ʌv (m̊͢m͍̊)/[1]) is a restored ruined portal in the middle of the Sea of Rauratoshan. It serves as the gateway to the questionably-affiliated City-State of Fallenarbor.
Name
The name of the Island of is notable for its use of a Nguhcordian letter. Of course, this cannot be typed readily in most contexts, including the documents of the Toponymy Association, so several replacements have been devised:
- Island of :hotspot:
- Derived from the Discord markdown that places
in a text. Used on the title of this page. - Island of ꜧotspot /
- Similar to the Discord markdown, but the h is replaced with a heng. Used by the Rauratoshan Toponymy Association.
- Jabberwock Island /
- A nickname for the island, owing to the lethality of the Nether.
