Keis-Spucke Administration (Toli: Kajs-Spek Mexyr-hat /kajs spɛk mɛʂʏr xat/ , Polish: Administracja Keis-Spucke) additionaly called Rainsten or Toli-ahyr, is a country located in south Balloon World. It shares a land border with B’hiy’aj Dchâjâ in the south and a maritime border with Ḿaro in the west. As of now it does not belong in any interŋational organization.
