Keis-Spucke Administration
Keis-Spucke Administration (Toli: Kajs-Spek Mexyr-hat /kajs spɛk mɛʂʏr xat/ , Polish: Administracja Keis-Spucke, official shortend form: KS-ADM) additionaly called Rainsten or Toli-ahyr, is a country located in southern Balloon World and with territories in the continent of Cornertopia. It shares a land border with B’hiy’aj Dchâjâ in the south, with T'anshilebs north of the GDTS Administration and a maritime border with Ḿaro in the west. As of now it does not belong to any interŋational organization.
History
Pre-ŋorld
In 2023, the town of Keis-Spucke was founded in an alternative reality of the universe b-173, reaching the top population of 3 and housing many wonders, such as the ruins of Ga'et, The Great Temple of Fire and Keis-Spucke Pommorenian Centre. KsãndraArkonn was then magicaly transported into the ŋorld, establishing the ŋation.
In the ŋorld
KS-ADM was founded on the 21nd of April 2025 by KsãndraArkonn. On the 22nd of April the country was expanded to the south and into the GDTS Administration.
Geography
KS-ADM streches over mostly hilly terain and islands, inside various biomes. A mushroom island is located in the southern portion of the country. In the west, GDTS Administration is located, streeching over a dessert and messa.
Environmental Degradation
The island of Rainsten has seen large-scale deforestetion of the corniferus flora.

KS-ADM is subdivided into five kiser'b (Toli for: Parts): Rainsten, islands with the capital of Rainsten, Par-Dreiapfel, Forsytia, God Damn The Sun Administration (GDTS) and Funkial. The capital and largest city of the ŋation is the port city of Rainsten.

The country has a population of 1. 100% of KS-ADM citizens declere their first language as Toli, and 100% declare their nationality as Toli.
Citizenship
there are two citizens of KS-ADM, one being factual (KsãndraArkonn) and one being honorary (Suqi). There is currently no process that would allow one to become citizen.
