Lu-Medi-Re (Vietnamese: Lu-me-đi-re [lu˧ mɛ˧ ɗi˧ ɹɛ˧], Sumerian: Lu-me-du-ri-ki; transliteration: lu₂-me-du-riki; cuneiform: 𒇽𒈨𒁺𒊑𒆠; Akkadian: Amēl-medurī), also known as Meduri, is the capital of Ho Chi Ming City. Despite being the capital of Caigon, a mere 100 people live here, out of the estimated 4.5 million in total.
