Going off of Wikipedia, smaller bodies of water connected to a larger one are considered a part of that larger body, e.g. the Gulf of Mexico is considered part of the Atlantic. By this the Gulf of Hentzo is part of the Great Sea, which gives Dhourigkàn a coastline on it. --Zendrid (talk)
