Arktsev, officially known as Ř̩ktsðèvsǽmuxō /r̥̩kt.s̠ðeβˈs̠æ.mu.xoː/ (formerly known as R̩ktdábsimō, Kándsōō: Ρ̓κτδάβσιμω R̩ktdábsimō [r̩ktˈðɑβ.si.moː]), is a country located between Myžariky and Kog'eññe, east of the Ruins of the Citadel. It currently comprises officially only of the City of Zestōspiṓ, but it holds extensive claims in the surrounding areas.
History
Pre-Raid
Founding and Early Construction
The founder of Arktsev, nguhcraft photographer, began construction of what would become the City of Zestōspiṓ mid-April, 2023, not completing until 30 April. The city itself is built into the nearby mountain, known as Issérktā. The early goals of the city was to "have a farm visible from space," which led to the construction of a complex, almost self-constructing series of canals to combat the hilly terrain closest to the mountain. Soon after the completion of the initial farm began the construction of a mineshaft built directly in the heart of the mountain.
Dark Age and the Raid
Only a few days after joining the server, nguhcraft photographer vanished with little mention. It was probably due to this fact, and the fact that much of the city was concealed within the mountain, that this city survived The Raid completely untouched.
Resurgance
Modern Day
Nearly a year later, in March, 2024, nguhcraft photographer came back to the server and began several massive projects. First was the completion of the "mega-farm," which was the original design behind the farm "visible from space." Immediately after was the expansion of the mineshaft. Later, he began building several auto-farms, including a chicken farm, automatic kelp farm, automatic bamboo farm, moss-bonemeal farm, and a few other future projects currently in the works.
The nation of R̩ktdábsimō was "officially" founded on 20 April, 2024, with Zestōspiṓ as it's capital (though the nation is technically unrecognized as a nation, it is recognized as an independent state).
