The Parliament of the Kingdom of Hummland is the legislative body of the Kingdom of Hummland. It meets at 2 evening street in Mitthumm city.

Powers

The Parliament may propose and vote on the creation of laws that affect all of Hummland, with the exception of Vǿś'lkeð county which is governed by the Temple of Ichtheism.

Monarch

The Quing of Hummland may veto any law made by the parliament, they may also create laws without the permission of the parliament, but they probably wont because they don't want to start a revolution. The quing also functions as the Anntwo of the parliament.

Election

The parliament of Hummland is elected by the citizens of Hummland, both players and villagers[1] can vote for the parliament.

Players

Players vote through a google form, where they can divide 5 votes among as many parties as they wish.

Villagers

Villagers' votes are determined by the quing going to each of them individually and asking who they are voting for.

Parties

Any citizen of Hummland may create a party. The heads of each party will send as many representatives to the parliament as to the final amount of seats their party got, the head of a party may send themself to represent their party, but it is not mandatory.
