Bootland, officially the Duchy of Bootland (Izeic: Ècïnüñc Wimoñnwe /ɛkɨnʉk wimõnwe/, Russian: Герцогиньство Бутланд Gyercogin'stvo Butland [ɡʲert͡sɐˈɡʲinʲstvə butˈɫant], Malagasy: Ny Firenen'ny Mpanjakavavy Botâlanda [ni firenenʲ ᵐpaⁿdzakavavʲ butəlaⁿdə], Arabic: دوقية بوتلاند Duqeyyåt Butland [duː.qej.jɑt buːtlaːnd]), is a nation located along the Gulf of Blight, southwest of the T'anshilebi territory of Abstinence as part of the Condominium of Chaos. It is connected to Zanryn in Abstinence via a rail line.
It also runs the Oaksby condominium with Dróstsiśtsi, which is connected to the Forest Line in Birchtree City and the Mountain Line in Ruxese via the Cenrail Mitosis Line[1]. It also runs the Wealdwick condominium with Otslahue, connected to Oaksby on the Mitosis Line and soon to be connected to the Otslahue local[citation needed] line, as well as owning the Island of Kek near the Bootlandic mainland.
Etymology
The name Bootland comes from the shape of the duchy, which is that of a short boot.
