Perhyh (Standard Toli pron.: /pɛrʏx/), which used to be known as Rainsten, is the capital city of Aprux Mexyrhat. It is composed of 5 districts, being: Port of Perhyh, Upper Perhyh, Kaima, Seihel and Safat.
