The Compact of Free Association (CoFA) is a pact signed by the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen and the three formerly federal unorganized terriories of the kingdom inside the Kyawcenni Realm — Kyawcenni Pua (today Pyuwa), Monke Island and Ŋibraltar — on 29 May 2025. It changed the status of the three entities from unorganized territories to self-governing countries in free association with the Kingdom of Kyaw Cen (or associated states), abolished the names federal unorganized territory and federal organized territory and replaced the latter with simply federal territory.

The compact was mainly a change of terminology and the autonomy of the territories in the federal structure of the kingdom remained largely unchanged. The only major difference is that the associated state can now choose its own name without federal approval.
