Keis-Spucke Administration (Toli: Apxyratpir Mexyrhat /apʂʏratpir mɛʂʏrat/, official shortend form: KS-ADM) was a country located in southern Sea of Density (Toli: Apholam Tef, Helium Sea), Balloon World and with territories in the continent of Tardigradia. It shared a land border with B’hiy’aj Dchâjâ in the south and a maritime border with Ḿaro in the west and T'anshilebs in the north. It was a founding member of FERRA. Its capital city was Rainsten.
History

Pre-ŋorld
In 2023, the town of Keis-Spucke was founded in an alternative reality of the universe b-173, reaching the top population of 3 and housing many wonders, such as the ruins of Ga'et, The Great Temple of Fire and Keis-Spucke Pommorenian Centre. Aleksanetra was then magicaly transported into the ŋorld, establishing the administration. Many duck statues were then, presumably, destroyed.
In the ŋorld
KS-ADM was founded on 21 April 2025 by KsãndraArkonn. On 22 April the country's borders were re-adjusted. The state was a member of FERRA since its creation.

On 30 April 2025 the state transitoned into Aprux Mexyrhat.
Geography
Terrain
The most developed regions, which were in the west, layed on few islands of the Sea of Density. They were characterized by steep stone and gravel shores, taiga forests and some plains. Inland, in the east, the terrain was less hilly.
Environmental Degradation
Deforestation was present in several places, such as northern Greater Rainsten island and border at Tripal.

KS-ADM was subdivided into six kiser'b (Toli for: Parts) and one territory (Trisland):

The official administrative weekly newspaper was WEEKLY MEXYR realising every sunday. It focused on the political, administrative and cultural changes and news in- and outside of the country.

Demographics
The country had a population of 1. 100% of KS-ADM citizens declered their first language as Toli, and 100% declared their nationality as Tolifax.

there were two citizens of KS-ADM, one being factual (KsãndraArkonn) and one being honorary (Suqi).
