Evil Scamming Country Elections (Condominium of Chaos)

Elections in the Evil Scamming Country are held every quarter year to determine which of the aspects of the ECC will be most influential in every yearly quarter, Evil, Scamming, or Country. There are no parties and no politicians, Everything is determined by the humble scammer Hummus. In every electoral district every plot of land will vote for which aspect they find most important, The aspect with the most votes represents its district, the aspect with the most electoral districts in favor of it will be the winner. If there is at any moment a tie, a coin will be flipped. It is possible for the popular vote to differ from the electoral vote, this is good because it is evil and scamming.

The Humble Scammer

The election for the Humble Scammer of the ECC is held on the same day as the election for the aspect. Anyone who has completed the following requirements may become a candidate for the Humble Scammer in an ECC election, however so far hummus is the only person you can vote for:

• Be a citizen of the ECC and own a plot of land in the ECC
• Have voted in a previous election
• Kill 10 unique players and take their heads
• Have at least 10 slabs (320 slablets) worth of a currency and/or resource as kept track of by UŊMAO
• Own a skeleton horse
• Upon confirming that you have done all of the above, you must take a quiz which tests your knowledge of various fields needed to be a Humble Scammer including: ECC trivia, maths, Deltarune lore, UFOlogy, etc. which you must get 90% correct in every section
