Evil Skamming Kountry is a ŋation in Archipelagia bordering Evil Scamming Country and Evil Sqamming Country. Its capital and current only city is Kilvana. The etymology of this name is unclear, but it is probably unrelated to the similar-sounding Chillvana.
Evil Skamming Kountry appears to use its own English spelling system. All instances of /k, z, t͡ʃ, ʃ, d͡ʒ, ð/ are written as ⟨k, z, tch, sch, j, dth⟩ respectively; where a more traditional system would have a word-final ⟨e⟩, there is usually nothing; and doubled consonant letters tend to only exist between vowels.
As a result of the original poll for adding Evil Skamming Kountry having two "yes" options, it was added to the UnUŊ twice.
