East Coldba

East Coldba is a province of Coldba (Cuba) containing the former-Murbetia's snowplain. Despite its name, it is not in the east of Coldba (Cuba). East Coldba is the eastern half of the country's snowy biome. The reason for being named such is because the former province of Coldba (Coldba (Cuba)) was divided into east and west provinces. East Coldba contains two regions: Arctic Circle County and East Frostanamo County.
Arctic Circle County
This area was named after the Arctic Circle Stadium built for the Nguhlympics. It contains the rest of East Coldba.
East Frostanamo County
This area was named due to proximity to Frostanamo Bay, but has no development itself. It contains the southwest corner of East Coldba.
