Census Rush

The Census Rush is the name given to a series of unauthorized construction projects led by the local leaders of the Counties of Xarslasja in order to increase their populations and economies and gain more seats in the Xarslasja Legislature. Additionally, groups sponsored by rural counties sent "Filibusters" to the Tunnan Military District to create settlements and increase the chances that the future counties of Mohave County and Cochise County would select representatives that would vote in favor of rural counties' interests.

Most of these moves were not approved by the Bezuv, even though all construction projects in the country were legally bound to be managed by him. This caused great controversy immediately.
