Constitution of the Free City of Yetch Bay

This is the constitution of the Free City of Yetch Bay it is given in Mosici, Occitan and English. All the versions should be equivalent but the Mosici and Occitan versions are the legally enforced versions in case of discrepency.

De la sobeiranetat de l’Administracion

Article 1

1. La Ciutat Liura de la Baia d’Òjo es un Estat independent e sobeiran.
2. L’Administracion es l’autoritat ultima en la Ciutat.

Article 2

1. L’Administracion a la competéncia legislativa: decidís lei lèis de la Ciutat.
2. L’Administracion a la competéncia executiva: aplica lei lèis de la Ciutat
3. L’Administracion a la competéncia juridica: jutja de l’interpretacion dei lèis de la Ciutat e o condemna leis infraccion

Article 3

1. L’Administracion sola a l’usança de la violéncia legitima sus lo territòri de la Ciutat.
2. Pas cap de força estrangièr pòt estacionar o passar sus lo territòri de la Ciutat.

Dei simbols de la Ciutat

Article 4

1. L’estandard de la Ciutat es un rectangle un còp e mieg mai naut que larg. Una barra blanca larga d’un uechen de la largor totala lo copa del naut a drecha au bas a senec. Lo camp es verd escur en naut de la barra e verd clar en bas d’aquela. Un disc arangat larga d’un quart de la largor totala es au mitan.
2. Lo sagèu de la ciutat es lo meteis que l’estandard, mas dins un cercle.
3. Lei langas de la Ciutat son lo mosique e l’occitan.
4. Lei devisa de la Ciutat es « Per la Ciutat e lo mond » en occitan e (sialvia asteronsi) en mosique.

Of the sovereignty of the Administration

Article 1

1. The Free City of Yetch Bay is an independent and sovereign State.
2. The Administration is the ultimate authority in the City.

Article 2

1. The Administration has the legislative authority: it decides the laws of the City.
2. The Administration has the executive authority: it enforces the laws of the City.
3. The Administration has the judicial authority: it judges on the interpretation of the laws of the City and condemns its infractions

Article 3

1. The Administration alone has usage of lawful violence on the territory of the City.
2. No foreign force can station or pass on the territory of the City.

Of the symbols of the city

Article 4

1. The standard of the City is a rectangle one and a half time as tall as it is wide. A white bar wide of one eighth of the total width cuts it from top-right to bottom-left. The field is dark green above the bar and light green below it. An orange disk wide of one fourth of the total width is in the middle.
2. The seal of the City is the same as the standard, but in a circle.
3. The languages of the City are the Mosici and Occitan languages.
4. The motto of the city is « Per la Ciutat e lo mond » in Occitan and (sialvia asteronsi) in Mosici.
