Every once in a while in Hajdis, some souls disappear without a trace. The disappearance and the act of disappearing like this is called xnopit, meaning it is both a noun and a verb. Nobody knows where a soul goes after xnopitting, not even Satan or apollyon. This has lead to the creation of multiple theories regarding what it entails. A soul that has xnopitted is called a "xnopitdžin" (/xnɔ.pit.dʒin/)

Secular Theories

Death Theory

The Death Theory of xnopit claims that xnopitting has the same effect as winning the Death Lottery: a true end to your soul. This would remove any xnopitdžin from existence.

Kripet Folk Theories

Forgetfulness Theory

"it's just a burning memory"

In the Forgetfulness Theory of xnopit, a soul becomes a xnopitdžin once it is forgotten by everyone alive. Once a soul becomes a xnopitdžin, it merges with the essence of the Ŋorld.
