Council of Constituent Counties

The Council of Constituent Counties, (abbrev. "The CCC") is the high legislative assembly of the Xaudixaum of Xarslasja. This is essentially an advisory board to guide the decisions of Xaudixuv Agamashuya II. The members hold no numerical votes, but rather form coalitions that pick speakers to make arguments in front of the Xaudixuv and the other members until objections are satisfied. The goal of the CCC is to continually generate a living, evolving code of policies and procedures that can withstand potential future political crises.

The CCC was designed in direct contrast to the institution of the Xarslasja Legislature that preceded it.

Structurally, it is the lawmaking wing of the Xarslasja Legislative Authority, an institutional framework of social and military organization that was largely preserved during the transition from Bezuvate to Xaudixaum.
