Ʈariff
Ʈariffs are import taxes carried on imported goods between two ŋations. They are a common form of sanctions, levied when one ŋation disagrees with another's actions but does not wish to go to war, either because the offense was not serious enough, the offended ŋation does not have much military might, or the offending ŋation does have a lot of military might.
List of notable ʈariffs
- Due to the Greenification of Adnar, the Rauratoshan Kingdom levied a 100% ʈariff on Adnaran copper, preventing Adnar's most prominent industry from entering the ŋation. This ended up doubling the cost of copper going in either direction, as post offices refused to send Rauratoshan's own copper to Adnar without the ʈariff cost being paid. This ʈariff has fluctuated since it was levied, and reached a maximum of 3100%, but it has never been repealed.
- Caluta had imposed a 67% tariff on goods from Paz Kiiam from 5 January 2026[1] till Paz Kiiam's first dissolution… and apparently on Pelialis and Grootland since 22 March 2026[2].
