Fỡ[1] is the ŋational dish of the Communist Empire of Adnar.
Lore
Fỡ was originally a specialty of an Amogus family restaurant in Đoòng Sơn cave. Though prosperous, their youngest son drove the family into bankruptcy by consistently gamble the family’s money on copper oxidation betting. Having failed to pay taxes for a whole year, the Adnar tax agency visited their home in order to foreclose it by violence, when Big Amogus coincidentally strolled down the streets and stumbled upon the restaurant. After hearing what have happened, He ordered a bowl of Fỡ, to which He found pleasant, but was not happy with the family keeping the recipe a secret, which was going to die with them regardless. Big Amogus offered to cancel all taxes and debt of the family, on the condition that the recipe be made free and open source to everyone.
Having accepted the offer and disowned their gambling son, the family as of now has lived for 6 generations and is still open to the public. Their recipe has now differed from the original one, notable of which is the addition of edible copper foil and more meat cuts.
