The Tsai-Chire languages (sometimes shortened to Tsachire languages) are a language family native to Shingtsun. West Itsu used to be spoken in the Yijan Savanna, while East Itsu used to be spoken in Shingtin, but is now a critically endangered language with a handful of speakers from Byukyi. The Yakkanogi language is the most stable and widely known of all Shingtsunni indigenous languages. It is considered vulnerable, but revival efforts have helped elevate it to a second national language of Shingtsun studied by many non-indigenous people. The Tsai-Chire languages descended from Proto-Tsai-Chire.
