The country is comprised of two regions, [[Ne Hentzohanóziiziihooqàhepò|Hentzo Z.Z.]] and [[Ne Hentzohanósesehooqàhepò|Hentzo S.S.]] with the former including [[MurderedNPCs|Lutrinae]]'s base of operations as Pirate Lord, and the latter comprising the surrounding farmland and forests.

Henzto was founded on the 8th of February 2024 by [[MurderedNPCs]], known as Lutrinae colloquially, on top of a former rail line used by the [[Phoeŋix|City of Phoeŋix]] to reach the [[Slab Exchange]]. Initially, Lutrinae and a few collaborators were curious of the rail line, before stumbling into Phoeŋix to find it abandoned and empty.
