Bezuv

"Bezuv" is the highest title of authority in political and religious entities that adhere to the practices of Bez.

In Arodjun, Bezuv consists of the morphemes bez (balance) + -uv (regnal suffix, "ruler of -"). Its most literal translation is "Balance Ruler," but in the context of the religion of Bez, a better English translation would be something akin to "Lord/High Terraformer." Balance and sustainable terraforming are core to Bez philosophy, and as such a "Bezuv" is expected to manage all construction projects and infrastructure, thus maintaining a balanced flow to everyday life.

In Xarslasja, the Bezuv was Agamashuya I until his death, presumably in December 2025. As of March 2026, there is no Bezuv of Xarslasja.

Other related Arodjun governing titles include Akuv (military leader, ie. "general" and also the equivalent of a "Vice President" in El Fwonk Casanosia), Karkuv (elected leader, ie. "president"), and Dmacixuv (water leader, ie. "Admiral").
