The Chire /ˈtʃaɪɚ/ (Kyawcenni: Čihę /ˈtʃi.χɚ/) is a river in Shingtsun. At its delta lies the city of Yija.
Etymology
The name “Chire” derives from the Kyawcenni name Čihę meaning “Iron”. This has its origins in the Chirean Iron Farm in North Yija, the first Kyawcenni structure in Shingtsun.
