Xêgwar or Hsegwar /ˈʃeɪ.gwaɹ/ (Kyawcenni: Xêgwar /ˈçeː.gwaɻ/) is a settlement on Peregan Island in Pereganesia, a region of Shingtsun, Kyaw Cen, that consists of a community house, a private house, a Cenrail station, and an enchanting table setup. It had been planned since early 2024, but it only began construction on 07 July.
It is located directly on the C1 road that at present goes from Yija to the eastern Kyawcenni border. It is around 200 metres southwest of Mount Xoran and 1200 metres east-southeast of Yija.
