Kezlai (natively known as Кезлай) is the capital of the Kezlai department of Oressia. It was established on June 22nd, 2025 after the civil department being managed remotely from Todoian for essentially all of its existence. The town is currently home to no permanent residents, however it has an administrative building and a large market. Orest has expressed interest in making Kezlai Oressia's agricultural center whilst keeping major urbanization to Todoian.
