The Jutish Realm (Jutish: Jootsk Rík /ˈjoːtsk ʀɛi̯k/) is a political entity comprising the combined lands and titles held by Queen Seo of the Jutes — formally styled Her Jutic Majesty Queen Seo, by the Grace of Ŋod, Queen and Savior of the Jutes and Saxons, Duchess of Patra and Conqueror of the Land of Thieves (Jutish: Heer Jootske Majesteit Keningin Seo, bí Ŋods Naden, Keningin end Redster der Joten end Saksen, Heertogin fan Patra end Overwinster des Londs der Djovve) — having separate governments between them but united in a personal union under the Jutish Monarch[2] (Jutish: Jootske Monark). The individual states for the most part have domestic independence and to some degree different foreign policy, but ultimate authority over the laws and policies of the Realm falls to the Jutish Parliament.

At the end of the Warlord Era in the lands of the Śácamþań, various foreign powers began to carve up the area and demand tribute or fealty from local warlords. In this Queen Seo (who had been wanting to return to Thasusa for some time) spied an opportunity. She offered that the various warlords of the city of Pátran Niw and surrounding lands take an oath of fealty to her in exchange for security and significant local autonomy; thus was birthed the Duchy of Patra under personal union with Jotlond, also thereby heralding the creation of the Jutish Realm.
