A Kiser (plural: ''Kiser'''; see [[Toli]] grammar) is the second highest administrative division in Aprux Mexyrhat, with The State above (Mexyrhat), and the Siwut (plural: Siwut') below. 8 Kiser' have names in other languages, which are official in their Kiser' alongside Toli.


Through the actions of [[Aleksanetra of Perhyh]], Keis-Spucke began the process of ''forgetting'' about old [[Kies-Spucke]] on 30 April 2025. In light of these events, KS-ADM transitioned to a permament state. All names were turned into or substituted with [[Toli]] ones, and changing of legal documents and symbols began.
