Faxhylan of 1417

Faxhylan of 1417 was the series of wars, conflicts, and vasalisations in the Apruxisphere part of Gadicinta. It ended the period known as the Sea States Period, an epoch of fractured Apruxisphere kingdoms, polis, and other statehoods, and eventualy led to the creation of the country of Aprux Mexyrhat.

Situation in the Kingdom of Tiamis and its surroundings

Tiamisian Kingdom is a powerful, overcrowded city-state with a lot of freedoms to its people and a fairly democratic local governments. Built mostly on drained lakebed. It’s surrounded by (going from the mountains, clockwise): Semgaht, Kartx, Katipias, Mosl.an, Toln, Xina, and the Rasmian Mountains to the south.

First War of Tiamis

While the scale of Tiamis is thanks to its river-trade past, it’s now dependent on its neighbourghs to connect to the outside world. It is still, however, a major trading hub simply beacause of its size. Semgaht, which posseses one of the biggest ports on the Helium Sea, tries to collect fees from traders crossing the Tiamis-Semgaht border. The king of Tiamis, Sulkotman [The Diplomat], goes on a diplomatic mission to Semgaht to resolve the issue peacfuly. Then, a plot is uncovered, that Semgaht, Kartx, Mosl.an and Xina have created an aliance to destroy Tiamis. Sulkotman is killed, and his daughter, Ionis [The Sun, The Moon, The D.Sun, The D.Moon] takes the throne. She declares war on Semgaht, and Kartx and Mosl.an join on Semgaht’s side. Xina forgot to create an army and didn’t realy think the aliance thing was for real. Mosl.an soon asked for peace, as due to the war, its neighbourghs forbid Mosl.anian traders to go through their borders. On the western front the war arived to a stalement, as neither sides *really* wanted to capture territory. Both sides agreed to peace talks. On the tri-point of their borders, diplomatic missions of Tiamis, Semgaht and Kartx meet at the peace ceremony, and Ionis is also present. One of the Kartx diplomats, beliving that no one can hear him, called Ionis a ---- with a --------, due to beliving that women should not be allowed to hold such high status. She beat him to death. Peace ceremony was cancled and both sides resumed the war. Kartx, now furious at Tiamis, tried to march its army to the city of Tiamis proper in a very swift and agressive manouver. Most of the Kartx army got encircled and killed, therefore Kartx wanted another chance at peace. This time, however, the Tiamisian army was furious and well-stocked by the overpopulated city’s population, and it took control of Kartx and destroyed its capital city, killing their king. Semgaht now realised that it cannot possibly win, trying, too, to maked peace. Simillary, Ionis had other plans for Semgaht. The port was obliterated, not beacause it was a strategic advantage, quite the oposite infact, but simply out of spite.

Tiamis won the war, Semgahtian non-Apruxi population fled oversees, while Kartx was assimilated in mater of months. Ionis has developed a taste for blood. *audiable gulp from Xina*
