The Council for Oversight of Ore-Producing, Processing, and Exporting Regions (CO-OPPER /ˈkoʊˌɒpə(ɹ)/), affectionately dubbed the Copper Cartel (CC), is an interŋational organization whose stated goal is to enable co-operation of leading copper-exporters in order to influence the global copper market and maintain its stability throughout the world.
History
CO-OPPER was founded by Xtrakva and Adnar on March 10, 2026 as both ŋations are major global exporters of copper.
Requirements for Entry
The only requirement for entry is that a huge chunk of a ŋation's exports come from copper and that the ŋation in question is dependent on the sale of copper.
