Cistsaia (also known by other spellings, such as Ciscaya, Ciscaia or Cistsaya) is a region in Shingtsun west of the Tsai and Transtsaia. Administratively, the western shore is a part of Xêgwar municipality and the rest is divided into Svérigé, Woclêw, Svérigé and Vanstèrel. Vanstèrel is a condominium between the Republic of Shingtsun and Imerchal.
