Rikako Fuluísha (Rokadong: [ɾi'kako fulu'i:ʃɐ]) is the founder of Palontana 47. She is a spiritspeaker, with her patron being a kawil daughter of Ampáya named Shuwu (Rokadong: Shuqu ['ʃu.u]).
