It was created by the Ostmare Treaty, where it became a five way condominium between Latium Regnātum, Vilantnen, Eistówú, CMCic Federation, and Realm of Madness. However, it became only three way after the last two have dissolved. Dróstsiśtsi and Otslahue later joined the treaty agreement, making it again five way. On 5 Nov 2025 the territory was transfered to LoCATE, becoming jointly owned by its 11 members.
