Not much is known about the pre-history of Aprux Mexyrhat. While some human and corvusian activity traces have been found, none are conclusive enough to determine the cultures, lifes and religions of past people and corvides. It is theorized that first humans have arived around 20,000 years [[Dyrghxtimyh|B.D]]. and that they might've lived a life of hunter-gatherers fisherman. It conquered and controlled various islands and shores on the [[Sea of Density]], most likely pioreening use and mass production of terracotta. Unfortunately, since no wrriten record from that period exists, or it has been lost, the history of the kingdom is based purely on archelogical excavations. While no wrriten record documented the past, it is ceratain that this kingdom was the foundaition stone of all cultures of the region, which influence can be seen in modern times as well.

Faxhylan of 1417 was the unifying event that led to the creation of Aprux Mexyrhat. It was initiaeted by [[Ionis]], Quing of Tiamis, who in 188 days conquered most of the Mainland (lands inhabited by Tolifax people or rulled by Tolifax dynasties) and created a framework for a democratic state. She run the country unelected, taking upon the title of ''Mexyrfax'', meaning ''Administration Person'' or ''Ruler''. After her disapearance in the same year, the rule of the country was taken over by Utman Attin, until the founding of the [[Syim]] in 1420 and first popular elections, in which the Unified Democratic Party (Toli: ''ApKuynoh Mitarut Fixhat'') won all of the seats and elected him as the first democraticly elected Mexyrfax.  
After around 1600 years of existence, Kingdom of Sea has seemed to dissapear, at least in its former form, from all records. It has prompted reaserchers to conclude that the kingdom has met an abrupt end and that chaos soon ensued. Many stone ''patxi'' have been constructed during this time, which show signs of constant human habitation.

It is estimated that up to 5 million people died in the Faxhylan, mostly of famine caused by a prolonged cold season. This, in addition to the sea famine that caused mass death and flight of Tibatgho people to other parts of the country, resulted in irreversible destruction of culture, paving way for a creation of Apruxi above-national identity. The state reached the pre-Faxhylan population in about six years after the unification due to a population boom, but it has never recovered from this cultural trauma. Some political groups, especialy minority ones, criticized Ionis and her conquest as barbaric and bloodhungry, but throughout its existance the State has insisted that the majority of deaths were caused by non-militatry reasons, and that the figure of acctual wartime casulties is 0,5 million (mostly armymen of all sides, but also insurectionists and rebels).

After the [[Faxhylan of 1417]] and unification of various states into Aprux Mexyrhat, a new national identity formed. Apruxi people are any ethnic or linguisitic groups that feel a sense of belonging to Apruxi national idenitity, either on its own or in addition to other identites they might have. According to the 1515 census, 92% of Aprux Mexyrhat's population had Apruxi national identity, 34% claiming it as their only national identity, while 58% claiming it in addition to their first/second identity.

In Aprux Mexyrhat there are several national or ethnic identities, as well as many linguistic groups. This section devided them into Tolifax people - that is, people that either speak [[Toli]] or languages closely related to Toli - and non-Tolifax people, who are devided into diffrent distinct groups. The Tolifax people include:
* Toli people - dominant Tolifax people, living in almost all of Aprux Mexyrhat, originating from the Apruxi Mainland (that is Tiamis, Kiatut, Tix and Tyr-Nirat Kiserb) and also inhabiting souther Maritime islands (Perhyh)
* Hmatoli - linguistic minority in Kiatut Kiser, whose language is sometimes claimed to be a dialect of Toli.
* [[Xinotli]] - linguistic minority in former Xina peninsula (south-eastern Tiamis Kiser, now not a peninsula due to land claiming). Their culture and tradition is mostly seen as separate from Toli people, while still being closely related, and their populace is sharply declinening ever since the expansion of Tiamis into former [[Lake Tiamisom]].
Non-Tolifax people include:
* [[Tibatgho]] people - endemic to the islands of Tiban (Tipan) and Hortim, as well as other islands in northern Martitime areas. In modern times, due to the [[1401 Sea Famine]], caused in part due to overcrowding on almost all islands, most Tibatgho people are living outside ot Tiban Kiser, mainly in urban areas such as Tiamis or Maautbohs.

Traditionaly, in all socieities within the modern State, people were devided into men, women, and epicene. In non-Tolifax socieities, masculine and feminine genders were assigned at birth, with no acceptence of transexuality or non-comformist gender identity. In Tolifax cultures, masculine and feminine genders were assigned at birth too, but the ability to change gender was not dissproven by socieity, provided that persons wanting to change their identity were to "prove" their preffered gender, comforming to gender roles and traditions. Meanwhile, genderlessness was provided to priests, regardless of religion, and treated with universal respect.
In modern times, masculine, feminine and non-binary (including traditional epicene) genders are codified into law, and right to transition is universal for all people above 16 year of age.

The [[Mexyrfax]] is the head of state of Aprux Mexyrhat. They are elected by the Syim for a four year long term, with no term limits, either when the current Mexyrfax's term expires, the office becomes vaccant, or they are voted out. The vote of nonconfidence must be called each time a new Syim assembles, and may be called at any time if a majority of the Syim's Mesirhez decides to hold such vote. In both cases, the Syim must have at least 90% attendence (211 Mesirhez or more) on the day of the vote - including the current Mexyrfax. If the current Mexyrfax recives less than 95 votes of aproval, the office becomes vaccant, and a vote for a new Mexyrfax must take place after no more than two weeks of vaccancy.

Aprux Mexyrhat (Toli: Thunderstorm State/Administration, /apruʂ mɛʂʏrat/) is a country located in southern Sea of Density (Toli: Apholam Tef, Helium Sea), Gadicinta and with territories in the continent of Tardigradia. It is a founding member of FERRA. Its capital is the city of Tiamis.

History

Faxhylan of 1417

Main article: Faxhylan of 1417

Faxhylan of 1417 was the unifying event that led to the creation of Aprux Mexyrhat. It was initiaeted by Ionis, Quing of Tiamis, who in 188 days conquered most of the Mainland (lands inhabited by Tolifax people or rulled by Tolifax dynasties) and created a framework for a democratic state. She run the country unelected, taking upon the title of Mexyrfax, meaning Administration Person or Ruler. After her disapearance in the same year, the rule of the country was taken over by Utman Attin, until the founding of the Syim in 1420 and first popular elections, in which the Unified Democratic Party (Toli: ApKuynoh Mitarut Fixhat) won all of the seats and elected him as the first democraticly elected Mexyrfax.

It is estimated that up to 5 million people died in the Faxhylan, mostly of famine caused by a prolonged cold season. This, in addition to the sea famine that caused mass death and flight of Tibatgho people to other parts of the country, resulted in irreversible destruction of culture, paving way for a creation of Apruxi above-national identity. The state reached the pre-Faxhylan population in about six years after the unification due to a population boom, but it has never recovered from this cultural trauma. Some political groups, especialy minority ones, criticized Ionis and her conquest as barbaric and bloodhungry, but throughout its existance the State has insisted that the majority of deaths were caused by non-militatry reasons, and that the figure of acctual wartime casulties is 0,5 million (mostly armymen of all sides, but also insurectionists and rebels).

In 1443, Shortly after the death of a Tolifax writter Syymiux Esseght while imprisoned on the island of Yamajka under british control, The State declared war on the British Empire, which resulted in an Aprux Mexyrhat victory, and handing over of Yamajka - today known as Iamitat - to the Mexyrhat. The house of the poet still stands on the island, today surounded by the city of Iamitxkatip.

Aleksanetra of Perhyh as Mexyrfax

Aleksanetra of Perhyh became Mexyrfax in 1510. She has vastly improved life in Aprux Mexyrhat, bringing about many projects. She died on 13 September 2025 and became a Prime Soul shortly after. As of now she is made out of copper.

Due to a horrible typo, KsãndraArkonn has decided to do her plans sooner than expected. As such, on 30 April 2025, the Keis-Spucke Administration has been turned into Aprux Mexyrhat. I'm sorry to all the people that know german, I remember it was meant to mean something around the lines of "gravel shore" or something like that, beacause the original location of Kies-Spucke was on a gravel shoreline.

Apruxi Identity

After the Faxhylan of 1417 and unification of various states into Aprux Mexyrhat, a new national identity formed. Apruxi people are any ethnic or linguisitic groups that feel a sense of belonging to Apruxi national idenitity, either on its own or in addition to other identites they might have. According to the 1515 census, 92% of Aprux Mexyrhat's population had Apruxi national identity, 34% claiming it as their only national identity, while 58% claiming it in addition to their first/second identity.

Other Identities

In Aprux Mexyrhat there are several national or ethnic identities, as well as many linguistic groups. This section devided them into Tolifax people - that is, people that either speak Toli or languages closely related to Toli - and non-Tolifax people, who are devided into diffrent distinct groups. The Tolifax people include:

  • Toli people - dominant Tolifax people, living in almost all of Aprux Mexyrhat, originating from the Apruxi Mainland (that is Tiamis, Kiatut, Tix and Tyr-Nirat Kiserb) and also inhabiting souther Maritime islands (Perhyh)
  • Hmatoli - linguistic minority in Kiatut Kiser, whose language is sometimes claimed to be a dialect of Toli.
  • Xinotli - linguistic minority in former Xina peninsula (south-eastern Tiamis Kiser, now not a peninsula due to land claiming). Their culture and tradition is mostly seen as separate from Toli people, while still being closely related, and their populace is sharply declinening ever since the expansion of Tiamis into former Lake Tiamisom.

Non-Tolifax people include:

  • Tibatgho people - endemic to the islands of Tiban (Tipan) and Hortim, as well as other islands in northern Martitime areas. In modern times, due to the 1401 Sea Famine, caused in part due to overcrowding on almost all islands, most Tibatgho people are living outside ot Tiban Kiser, mainly in urban areas such as Tiamis or Maautbohs.
  • Kiykwizani people - dominant peoples in Aunsait and Pyreisimantyf Kiserb. Various insuregencies, terrorism and conflicts - most notable being Eghans' Army's armed uprising - have resulted in their uncoöperativness in regards to the State's institutions, and, in turn, Aprux Mexyrhat's unwillingness to provide some state benefits to Kiykwizani lands. At this point it would be easier to simply create a Kiykwizani state, but no one is going to take up that torch. Ig you could say it's a War without reason.
  • Yamajkan/English - derived from English colonialists on the island of Yamajka (Iamitat), Yamajkan people are a majority of the population of Iamitat Kiser. Their identity started to form shortly after the British Emprie's retreet from the Ŋorld in conclusion of the Apruxo-British war.
  • Skhertõá - majority of the population in CHana'zygh (Hinas Kiser), with small (~10 000 people) communities outside of the Kiser. Largely hermetic and isolated, providing the State with fish and ice.

Gender and Queer issues

Traditionaly, in all socieities within the modern State, people were devided into men, women, and epicene. In non-Tolifax socieities, masculine and feminine genders were assigned at birth, with no acceptence of transexuality or non-comformist gender identity. In Tolifax cultures, masculine and feminine genders were assigned at birth too, but the ability to change gender was not dissproven by socieity, provided that persons wanting to change their identity were to "prove" their preffered gender, comforming to gender roles and traditions. Meanwhile, genderlessness was provided to priests, regardless of religion, and treated with universal respect.

In modern times, masculine, feminine and non-binary (including traditional epicene) genders are codified into law, and right to transition is universal for all people above 16 year of age.

Views on Lesbian Relationships

Apruxi people have accepted lesbians ever since the Faxhylan of 1417, led by Ionis, a notable lesbian Quing of Tiamis, and then the first Mexyrfax. However, historical records on lesbian relationships are scarce, meaning that most likely such relations were taboo.

Aprux Mexyrhat has a population of aproximetley 12,6 million people as of 1517 (2025/2026), with the total fertility rate of 2,3 children per woman. The median age is at 36,4 years. Up to 81% of the country's population lives in urban areas, while 19% lives in rural zones. The most populus province or Kiser is Tiamis Kiser, while the most populus city is the capital, Tiamis.

Syim

The Syim is the unicameral parliament of Aprux Mexyrhat, elected in popular elections every four years. It houses 235 Meshirhez (singular: Mesirhes), 233 of which are elected, while the current Mexyrfax and Ionis hold the other two seats, the later being elected by the Syim, and the former being ceremional and kept empty.

Kisersyim

The Kisersyim is a regional parliament within each Kiser. Each Siúot has one representative, and Siúod which have more than 20% of the Kiser's population have two representatives. In case of Hinas Kiser, the Kisersyim is replaced by a communal council, and in case of Peliax there is no Kisersyim.

Mexyrfax

The Mexyrfax is the head of state of Aprux Mexyrhat. They are elected by the Syim for a four year long term, with no term limits, either when the current Mexyrfax's term expires, the office becomes vaccant, or they are voted out. The vote of nonconfidence must be called each time a new Syim assembles, and may be called at any time if a majority of the Syim's Mesirhez decides to hold such vote. In both cases, the Syim must have at least 90% attendence (211 Mesirhez or more) on the day of the vote - including the current Mexyrfax. If the current Mexyrfax recives less than 95 votes of aproval, the office becomes vaccant, and a vote for a new Mexyrfax must take place after no more than two weeks of vaccancy.

The Mexyrfax is tasked with presiding over the Syim and representing Aprux Mexyrhat in interŋational relations.

Mexyrhúes

The Mexyrhúes is the government of Aprux Mexyrhat choosen in a vote by the members of the Syim. Every Mesirhes can submit their proposed cabinet and it must be subject to a vote, and it passes when, out of all other submissions of cabinets, it recives the most votes in favour. An informal tradition has formed in the Syim that lets the smallest parties or groups submit their cabinets first, while the largest party or coalition submits their cabinet last. Since the forming of the Syim in 1420 there was no government that formed without endorsment of the largest party
