Esasne /ˈɛ.səs.nə/ (Kyawcenni: /ɛ.sas.nɛ/, lit. “(Town) of Xhesas”), formerly Mawjyaw (Kyawcenni: Mawj(y)aw /ˈmaw.dʒaw/) is a village in Shingtsun which has been inhabited by villagers before the Kyawcenni colonization of the territory in February 2024. After the Mawjyaw Massacre, it was renamed to Esasne in honor of Namnak Xhesas, who has saved the remaining three villagers from being murdered by the attacking pillager army. The Mawjyaw Massacre was a pillager raid on 15 February 2024 that was accidentally triggered by Marcy I.
