Cassandra Watkins is a Kyawcenni-Imerchali politician, acting president of Sirenguard Autonomous District, villagers rights activist, and a Kyawcenni teacher in Sirenguard. She is the current leader of the Democratic Socialist Party of Sirenguard.

Early Life
Born as a Villager-Cat hybrid in Yija, Cassandra's childhood was rough. Since villagers are not citizen in Kyaw Cen, her citizenship was reluctantly given when she was 10. Which means she did not have access to education prior to that. She faced discrimination, bullying, and even assault by others. When she was 12, her mother sent her to Imerchal and she lived there as a refugee.
Life in Imerchal
Cassandra taught herself Occitan and spent time in the Chalmosique University's library, where she began to get more interested in left-wing politics. Although, even in Imerchal, she still faced discrimination due to being a Villager-Cat hybrid (but now due to her half-cat part). She has thought of running for political offices in Imerchal, but her campaign was unsuccessful due to the anti-Kyawcenni sentiment in Imerchal due to the first QP's territorial claims at that time.
Migration to Sirenguard
Cassandra was drawn to the Imerchali program to send people to settle in the recently established Sirenguard Autonomous Region, hoping to start a new, quiet life. There, she found out that the Sirenguard Dictatorship regime treated everyone equally[1]. She eventually became a Kyawcenni teacher, teaching Kyawcenni to whoever would be interested. There, she saw the human rights violation in the Sirenguard Trading Hall and decided to send a complaint to Stemon, but it was ignored. Then she sent a complaint to Annwan, which he acted upon and demand Stemon to make a more humane trading hall.
Political Career
During the Sirenguarded Democracy Arc, she decided to establish the Democratic Socialist Party of Sirenguard, in which the party won 8 seats and joined the government faction. Even though she hates Stemon, she admitted that they "have a lot of overlapping views".
