Saharia (Hebrew: סהריה Saharya [saˈɦaʀ.ja]) was a small peninsular ŋation located in northern Archipelagia. It was considered to have close relations with Frossantiquervrâssonne. It was declared early on May 29th 2025, but dissolved less than 10 hours later due to the banning of the owner from the server.

Etymology

The name "Saharia" comes from the Hebrew word סהר sahar, meaning crescent, which is the shape of the Saharian Peninsula.

History

Saharia was founded on 2025-05-28 on a peninsula located beneath the rails of the Crystal and Klakkenbuutsh Lines of the Cenrail network. Its de-facto Prime Minister Lux Moniridia founded the ŋation after experiencing a vision in which she saw a shape that she later described as the "Amujan Cycle" with the various Amujological iterations of Amuj morphing from one to the next, until the shape became that of Saharia and stayed as such. Soon after experiencing the vision, Lux discussed it with her friend Stemon Worshere, who told her that "I feel like any Amujan state have a lot of potentials.", which assured Lux to find the envisioned territory and settle it. This discussion is the source of the Saharian motto "Amuj forever".

The official state religion of Saharia is Amujism, which is a religion centered around the belief that the City State of Amuj will be eventually rebuilt in Saharia.
