Voting on 4 major proposals is currently ongoing among the people of Araçana, having begun on June 3rd, 2025. The voting period will cease on June 10th, 2025.
On June 7th, 2025, the Referendums were formally cancelled by POA party leader Baso i-Mahazer, midway through the voting process, following a scandal. However, he wasn't allowed to do that, so the voting is still ongoing.
The Proposals are as follows (Presented in an unofficial English translation for convenience):
- If the Gulf Union's member states vote on whether to federalize the Gulf Union, Araçana should cast its vote in favor of this, becoming part of a larger Gulf Nation. (I agree) / (I disagree)
- If the Gulf Union's member states decide against the federalization of the Gulf Union, Araçana should peacefully become a dependency of Kozdenen. (I agree) / (I disagree)
- Kozramva should be made an official language of Araçana. (I agree) / (I disagree)
- English should be made an official language of Araçana. (I agree) / (I disagree)
