2025 Araçanni Referendums

Voting on 4 major proposals occurred among the people of Araçana from June 3rd to June 10th, 2025. None of the proposals got enough votes to succeed.

On June 7th, 2025, the Referendums were formally cancelled by POA party leader Baso i-Mahazer, midway through the voting process, following a scandal. However, he wasn't allowed to do that, so the voting continued as normal.

The Proposals were as follows (Presented in an unofficial English translation for convenience):

1. If the Gulf Union's member states vote on whether to federalize the Gulf Union, Araçana should cast its vote in favor of this, becoming part of a larger Gulf Nation. (I agree) / (I disagree)
2. If the Gulf Union's member states decide against the federalization of the Gulf Union, Araçana should peacefully become a dependency of Kozdenen. (I agree) / (I disagree)
3. Kozramva should be made an official language of Araçana. (I agree) / (I disagree)
4. English should be made an official language of Araçana. (I agree) / (I disagree)
