Ordering the list by date of founding and numbering the nations in that order could make it easier to keep track of how many nations there are :o
EG:
1. Enkavak
2. Kyaw Cen
3. Imerchal
4. Myžariky
4. Tantsang
4. Þunan Qumreá
7. Kozdenen
etc etc down to 45 (current count according to this page)
