Kezlai (Itsoikt: Kédlai /ked˧˥.laɪ̯/), formerly known as The Forestlands, is a civil department of Oressia. It entirely consists of landscape with no infrastructure or administrative center, rather it is temporarily externally administered by Todoian, the capital of Oressia.
