After hearing about violations of Universal Rights in Pyuwa, Stemon decided to visit Pyuwa to see what's it actually like. But since he's a walking symbol of a failed dictatorship and a warning of what could happen to Matjāż I if his people were to rise up, he decided to disguise himself in order to avoid suspicions. Even though he can simply put on a moustache and adjust his bangs the other way, something made him decided to completely disguise himself as a woman named "Nana" Alana Rae, tasking the Department of Forgery to come up with her character.

Her nickname, Nana, was a clipping and doubling of the last syllable of her name, Alana. And because Stemon would rather die than give up his emo bangs, the DoF simply had him comb it to cover the other eye. Nana's clothes are "borrowed" from the female employees. Nana is supposed to graduated from Chalmosique University and work in sales for Therable Medicine. Even though Stemon went through voice training session just to act as Nana, he was instructed to not speak unless needed, and to be as unnoticible as possible.

Nana visited Pyuwa in order to investigate and learn more about violations of Universal Rights in Pyuwa, to steer his district either closer to or away from whatever they were doing there.
2. Parkow
Nana visited Parkow to heal the leader of the Questionable Party, Lêdyew Čilya, and help her regrow her wool.
