The Hajdislant Propaganda Classification System (HPCS) is a system created by apollyon to classify propaganda. Ŋations other than Hajdislant are free to use it as well.

For the purposes of the HPCS, propaganda is defined as that which is created to shift public opinion dishonestly towards a specific view.

Types

Minor Propaganda: Propaganda influenced by a biased entity

Median Propaganda: Propaganda made by a biased entity

Major Propaganda: Propaganda made by an entity directly involved with the situation

Top-level Propaganda: Propaganda made by the main perpetrator in a situation in an attempt to clear its own image
