Steve, originally Ithkn, is a Paulological site and pre-Raid base in northwestern Thasusa, south of the Southern Rivers and mainland parts of Enkavak and north of Keltechra.
History
Its original builder was long unknown but eventually identified as nhāigh, who named it "Ruined City Ithkn". Looking at older maps it appeared as far back as September 2022[1], and was likely created sometime between January and September of that year, as the server was only created in January 2022.
Rediscovery

The site was first noticed by Elisa[2] in June 2024, who asked about it, but didn't get an answer. It was rediscovered a year later by accruenewblue, who was looking at the Baarzenstad line, which happened to run under the area, while mapping out rail construction around Raln. A stop was made under the assumption that this was the remnants of Kog'eññe, a nearby dissolved ŋation; however, this site was soon realized to be different from Kog'eññe. The site was then provisionally given the name Steve, in the same vein as Dave and Paul.
Some other players, such as N3, claimed to have passed by it before but not questioned it. It was found after Hilja pinged every player from that time who was still on the discord, resulting in someone named nhāigh claiming to have built it.
