Petšrort na Bëlngärëm Izbürätseži (Bulŋarian: "Пєчрорт на Бълнгѣръм Избѵрѣцєжи", English: "Bulŋarian Voters' Association") is a political party in Nāroňpār which positions itself as being for those who want expansions for the usage of the Bulŋarian language, greater regional autonomy, and social welfare programs. It is in favor of renewing the building of the University of Kõrdžali, and the creation of a Nguhrovision arena, both of which would be great sites to stimulate the economy of the region.
