Nether Treaty
The Nether Treaty is a document originally signed by the United Ŋations, where it was UŊ Motion 12.6.
Functions
The Nether Treaty was designed to minimize conflicts over Nether space and handling associated claims. The UŊ determined that the easiest way to do this would be to forbid the creation of claims in the Nether entirely. In this respect, the Nether Treaty resembles the official treaty regarding ownership of Antarctica.
The final confirmably accepted motion of the UŊ, Motion 27.1, repealed 12.6, on the grounds that it is not within the UŊ's jurisdiction to influence the behavior of non-member states, and thus 12.6 is potentially ignorable if it is a UŊ law. On the contrary, it was treated as a real law, as no party (other than potentially the Port of Eras, but it was never taken to the IŊCJ) violated it, even if they weren't members and even if they were Evil.
At the time of writing (27 July 2026, 19:45 CDT), the Nether Treaty is in limbo, but it is expected to join the rest of the Nguhcraft server's Rules around Claims and Inactivity.

Touhou Higouhounakyoukai: Fumo Pet Peeve of Eras
Translator's Note: To not violate Nguhcord rule 9; the title means "Eastward Illegal Barrier," though it is a reference to the Touhou Project series, so technically "Touhou" should go untranslated.
Sometime in 2025, the Port of Eras had a dispute with Reimusia regarding the latter building a giant Reimu fumo next to the former's froglight farm. Out of an extreme amount of pettiness, the ruler of Eras moved the froglight farm to its now-current location of Pāgus Septimus and constructed a 7-block-tall wall of froglights around both Leshrail stations of Eras, enclosing both stations in a 64x64 box. This happened alongside other petty bullshit that did not involve the Nether Treaty. At the time, Rauratoshan supported the decision, but later, it grew to regret it. Rauratoshan determined that the Port of Eras's actions potentially violated the Nether Treaty, which it has since said multiple times, and helped Vallis Draconum tear down the froglight wall in its territory and gave back much of the disputed Reimusian territory (though part of it was turned into the Ŋafrican Union Commission.
